6 Bench Press (AHAP)

Rest 20 secs

10 Dynamic Push-ups

Rest 2 mins

***Record your heaviest Bench Press Weight

METCON

Perform 3 rounds of:

Against a 4 min running clock, perform:

500m Row

20 Wallballs

Max Pull-ups

***Record your total pull-ups. Rest for 4 mins after each set.
