WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. In teams of 3, perform 10 min AMRAP:
50 OH walking lunges 35/25kg
50 S2OH 35/25kg
50 Burpees over Bar
B. In teams of 3, perform for time:
400m Sled pull 60/40kg
400m run (all carrying a wallball)
50 Push-ups (with hands on wallball, feet on floor. Chest to the wallball for each rep).
