Talon Team workouts tonight at 7.15pm.  These workouts are designed for anyone to take part in. They are just an opportunity to get together and knock out a team WOD with other members.  You don’t have to be “Elite” or Advanced” to take part. 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Perform 5 sets of:

5 Back Squats

Rest 60 secs

5 Dumbbell Rows on each arm

Rest 60 secs

METCON

10 min AMRAP

1 Deadlift 50/35kg

1 Hang Power Clean

1 Front Squat

1 Push Press

***Each time the bar settles on the ground, perform 5 burpees
