WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Not for time:

15 Deadlifts
Rest 20 secs
Max rep Strict HSPU
Rest 2 mins
10 Deadlifts
Rest 20 secs
Max rep Strict HSPU
Rest 2 mins
5 Deadlifts
Rest 20 secs
Max rep Strict HSPU

***Choose a challenging weight, around 60-70% of your 1RM. If you have not got your strict HSPU, sub with seated dumbbell press 15/10kg.

METCON

Against a 2min running clock, perform AMRAP:

10 Alternate Reverse Lunges 50/35kg

10 Push Press 50/35kg

***Perform this 4 times with a 2 min rest between each AMRAP set.
