WOD – Wednesday 18 November 2015


A nice easy one today guys.  This will test you mentally as well as physically.  How hard are you prepared to push yourself on each round? You have 10 mins each time.  Try to go hard and keep your efforts consistent.



Every 10 mins for 40 mins:

Row 500m

Run 400m

50/40 Hand Release Push-ups
