WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. In teams of 3, perform 3 rounds of:

75 Goblet Squats 24/16kg

50 Ring Rows

100 Double Unders/200 Singles

75 Overhead Walking Lunges 20/10kg

50 Push-ups

100 Double Unders/200 Singles

***Reps can be broken up and shared amongst teammates.

 

B. In teams of 3, perform 12 min AMRAP:

5 Wallclimbs

10 DB Clusters 15/10kg

7 Burpee Box Jumps

10 Kettlebell Swings 32/24kg

***Alternate movements with your teammates. ¬†Member 1 performs Wallclimbs, #2 performs Clusters, #3 performs Burpees, the #1 perform KBS, and so on…..
