WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Weighted Pull-ups (3-2-1-1-1-1)
For those who have an unassisted pull-up, perform the reps with a kettlebell or dumbbell held by your feet.
For those who use a band, attempt max reps using the bar and rack system.
3 rounds for time of:
30 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
