In teams of 3-4, perform:

100 Deadlifts 80/60kg

100 Burpees over the bar

80 Hang Power Cleans 60/40kg

80 Sit-ups

60 Push Press 40/30kg

60 Pull-ups

40 Overhead Squats 40/30kg

40 Wall Climbs

20 Squat Jumps 40/30kg

20 Toes to Bar
