Some of the crew from Fitness Mantra we go to coach whilst in Kathmandu. They had a great facility and we put it to good use with some coaching in barbell movements and then a team WOD.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
In pairs, you have 7 mins to get your heaviest Clean and Jerk. Only one person can lift at a time. Only one bar per team. You will need to strategise to make best use of this short time period and work together to change plates.
Record your weights individually in Wodify.
In pairs, perform:
10 min AMRAP
30 Box Jumps 30/24″
30 KBS 32/24kg
30 Over your partner Burpees
