WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

In teams of 2, perform:

100 Burpees

100 Dumbbell Ground to Overhead

100 Box Jumps

***Reps can be broken up and shared.  Reps will only count whilst the non-working partner is in the designated “rest” position:

Burpees = Holding Dumbbell overhead

DBG2OH = Hang from the rig

Box Jumps = Plank on forearms
