Back Squat – Work off % of your 1RM:

10 @ 60%

8 @ 65%

6 @ 70%

4 @ 75%

Front Squat – Work off % of your 1RM:

5 @ 60%

5 @ 70%

5 @ 70%

5 @ 70%
