WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

Buy in – 2 min Plank

(if you drop your plank in the 1st min, run 400m.  If you drop in the 2nd min, run 200m)

then

5 rounds of:

10 Handstand Push-ups

10 deadlifts 100/70kg

10 Burpees over the Bar

then

Buy out – 2 min Plank (as per the first one)
