WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Deadlift (10-10-10-10-10)
Build up your weight over the course of the 5 sets.  The goal is to go unbroken and as heavy as you can without losing good form.

 

METCON

For time:
75 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
75 Goblet Squats 24/16kg
75 Hand Release Push-ups
