WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

“The Running Man”

3 x 400m Runs

***Use the 200m track x 2.  The new 200m track is from the front door of the Box up to the back wall and back again.  Rest 1 min between runs.  Record total time after final run

“A Degustation of Dumbbells”

25 min EMOM

Min 0-4: 10 Dumbbell Front Squats

Min 5-9: 10 High Bridge Floor Dumbbell Press

Min 10-14: 10 Plank Rows

Min 15-19: 10 Dead Animal Crunches

Min 20-24: Single Arm Dumbbell Swings (10 each side)

 

High Bridge Floor Dumbbell Press

Dead Animal Crunches with Dumbbells
