MONDAY 27 JULY – ALL SESSIONS ON at RYDE PARK, RYDE

Firstly, a big thank you to everyone who has helped us out with the move and renovations for the new gym.  Your assistance means we will be in there tomorrow for the resumption of our regular sessions.  For those who haven’t seen it yet, you will be impressed with the new space.

All sessions today will be run on the bottom oval of Ryde Park, corner of Argyle Street and Princes Street, Ryde, just a hop, skip and a jump away from The Grounds Keeper Cafe.

All sessions will be on (morning and evening) but please take note that the evening session times are now:

4pm Open Gym (The Open Gym will be in the park)

5.15pm CrossFit

6.15pm CrossFit

7.15pm CrossFit

METCON

10 min AMRAP

10 x 10m Shuttle Runs

15 Burpees

15 Squat Jumps

METCON

2km Run

50 Push-ups

2km  Run

50 Sit-ups

2km Run

50 Lunges
