WOD – Wednesday 17 June 2015

Have you got yourself a bucket list?  You know, a list of activities, adventures or goals that you would like to achieve in your lifetime?  It is so easy to get carried away with work and family, and before you know it, a year has slipped by and you didn’t get to do anything you wanted to.

Make yourself a list of things you want to do outside of your normal routine.  Write it down and then actually take the steps to plan it.  Don’t just talk about it.  Make some time for yourself.  You’re allowed.

 

STRENGTH

Front Squats

10 @ 60%

8 @ 65%

8 @ 70%

8 @ 75%

 

METCON

3 rounds for time of:

15 Deadlifts 60/40kg

10 Hang Cleans 60/40kg

5 Shoulder to overhead 60/40kg
