In teams of 3-4, perform:

75 Shoulder to Overhead 40/30kg

75 Box Jumps

75 Burpees

75 Wallballs

75 Pull-ups

75 Thrusters 40/30kg

75 Hang Power Cleans 40/30kg

****Perform firstly as a 5 min AMRAP, then as 8 min AMRAP and finally “For time”.
