Yes, we are running again. Why?, you say. Because in addition to being strong and fast and powerful, we also want to work on our endurance and be able to run. If you are thinking about dodging this workout – don’t. Come in and work through it like you do every other WOD. Break it down and chip away at it. You can do it. Just one foot in front of the other.
3RM Overhead Squat
***Choose between doing 7 laps of the complex + 1 lap down to the speed hump and back or 15 laps to the speed hump and back.
