Thank you to everyone who donated and took part in yesterday’s WOD for Nepal.  We raised $770.

STRENGTH

Take about 10 minutes to build up to your 85% of 1RM, then:
Deadlift 5 x 3 @ 85%

*** if you do not know what your 1RM is, work up to a heavy set of 3 and record your result in Wodify.
