Front Squat 5-5-3-3-1 then max reps at 80% of today’s 1RM

***Record your 1RM weight in Wodify

 

METCON

5 rounds, not for time, of:

10 Strict Pull-ups

10 Ring Dips

***On your 5th round, go for max reps on both movements.  Record in Wodify the total reps in the last round.
