WOD – Friday 17 April 2015

The focus of todays WOD will be the Push Jerk – a very handy technique to have in your back pocket when the weight starts getting heavy or you want to conserve the shoulders.  After that, have some fun with the Sled and Farmers Carrys.  See how heavy you can go.
