CrossFit Geo – XFIT

One of the first WODs I ever did – “Airforce WOD”


Metcon (Time)

“Airforce WOD”

For time:

20 Thrusters 40/30kg

20 Sumo Deadlift Highpulls

20 Push Jerks

20 Overhead Squats

20 Front Squats

Every minute on the minute, stop what you are doing and perform 4 burpees, then pick up from where you left off.
