WOD – Saturday 11 April 2015
Tabata (20 secs on, 10 secs off):
Goblet Squats 24/16
Perform 8 rounds of tabata on the above movements, 20 sec on, 10 sec off. i.e. Round 1 is one set of Tabata Sit- ups, then Box Jumps, then Goblet Squats, then KBS. Repeat this another 7 times. Your end score is the total of the lowest number of reps you were able to complete for each movement.
