14 min AMRAP

7 Muscle Ups

50 Wallballs 9/6kg balls (black/blue)

100 Double Unders



14 min AMRAP

50 Wallballs 9/4kg

200 Single Skips

***Men will throw 9kg wallball to lower target (red/white).  Women will throw 4kg wallball to lower target (red/white).


IMPORTANT NOTE: we do not normally use 4kg balls as standard at Geo.  As such there are only 2 of them, one of which is a slamball.  Priority for use of these balls will be given to those women who are registered in the competition and are performing the scaled option.  If the ball is not available, then women who are not registered have the option of using the 2kg, 3kg or 6kg ball.  Sorry guys.
