Clean 1.1

Every 2 mins for 16 mins, perform 2 Cleans with a 10 sec rest between each rep.  Ideally these should be a full Clean – from the ground and caught in a squat, but work to your own level and modify if needed.

 

METCON

10 min AMRAP

5 Ground to Overhead 80/60kg

10 Burpees over the Bar

15 Sit-ups

***Record total reps performed
