Every 3 mins for 18 mins, rotate through the following stations:

Minutes 1-3, 10-12 – Rope Climb Tech                   

Minutes 4-6, 13-15 Freestanding HS holds (use partners)              

Minutes 7-9, 16-18

Roll to Candlestick                  

METCON                     

Two sets, for max reps:                            

3 mins max Row (cals)                                   

2 mins Strict HSPU                      

1 min Strict Pull-ups                 

Rest 3 mins
