                                             Nicola joined in on the Sunday Session Sled Pulls and smashed it!




Perform 5 sets of:

3 Unsupported Seated Strict Press
Rest 60 secs
12 Alternating Pistols
Rest 60 secs

***Record your weight for each set of strict press in comments.  Scale pistols to assisted pistols using a band or support, or start in seated position and step up using one leg only.
