The Sunday Sessions have proved to be  popular.  The hardest thing about them is getting yourself out of bed, but once you do, you won’t regret it.  It’s great to get outdoors and try something new.  This Sunday we’ll be using the sleds (amongst other things) at Ryde Park.  It’s close to home so no excuses this week.  Get on down there for a 7.30am start.  I have booked a couple of tables at the Grounds Keeper for brekky afterwards.

 

STRENGTH

Every 2 mins for 16 mins:

3 Front Squats

***Start at around 60% of your 1RM and build upper the course of the WOD

 

METCON

30 Double Unders
