Set 1) 5 @ 45-55%

Set 2) 5 @ 55-65%

Set 3) 3 @ 65-75%

Set 4) 2 @ 75-85%

Set 5) 2 @ 80-90%

In teams of 3, alternate sets to complete 12 min AMRAP:

3 Push Press 70/45kg

6 Box Jump Overs

9 Kettlebell Swings 32/24kg
