Sunday Session (15 Feb) – Clovelly Beach 7.30am

This Sunday we will be heading to Clovelly to hit another swimming WOD, some running, and maybe a kettlebell swing or two.  Come and join us at 7.30am for a refreshing way to start your Sunday.  As always, scaling is available for all movements.  If you are not a strong swimmer, you may want to bring a kickboard, a noodle or some flippers.  The swim will only be about 25 metres in length but we will be doing it multiple times.  There are stairs on either side of the man-made ocean pool.

Feel free to drag your friends/family along – $20 if they want to join in.

We’ll meet on the northern side of the beach (Eastbourne Avenue) – rain, hail or shine.
