Take 15mins to build to a heavy Clean or Power Clean   

               

METCON                

15min EMOM    

In the 1st minute: 5 Power Cleans @ 65% today’s 1RM      

In the 2nd minute: 200m Run      

In the 3rd minute: 20 Ring Dips (modify to number that can be performed in 45 secs or less), and so on…….
