15 mins to work on your Toes to Bar technique


METCON (Pairs)

20 min AMRAP

30 Box Jumps

30 Wallballs

30 Toes to Bar

***Break up the reps however you see fit.  If you cannot do a Toes to Bar, try to do a really high knee raise whilst maintaining your kipping swing.
