WOD – Thursday 15 January 2015
My humblest apologies for yesterday’s deception. My ears were burning all day. The 7 mins of burpees is one of those WOD’s that people will avoid, and I wanted as many of you as possible to have a go at it. It is a great WOD to gauge your fitness on, but it will also test just how mentally strong you are. Everyone I saw absolutely pushed it to the limit and I was very proud watching you all in action. Good job guys!
While I have your attention, we have good news. We will be starting a Sunday session soon. Watch this space.
