METCON “3 Quarters”

In teams of 3-4 people, perform:

400m Run (together)

200 Leg Raises (do this in pairs, but only one person working at a time)

75 Strict Pull-ups

75 Burpees over teammate

75 Box Step-ups holding a pair of dumbbells

400m Run together
