A month goes quick but hopefully you have packed in enough sessions since our Clean benchmark day to see some improvements today in your 1RM.  Remember, GET DOWN!

STRENGTH

1RM Clean Retest

 

METCON – Partner WOD

3 rounds of:

100m tyre drag (to the 15km/h sign and back)

Max strict pull-ups (use a band or ring rows if necessary)

***This WOD is not for time.  Rest 2-3 mins between sets and go as hard as you can.

 

Pyrros Dimas….have you heard of him?  He won 3 Olympic Gold medals and one Bronze medal.  Pretty impressive!
