1RM Clean Retest
METCON – Partner WOD
3 rounds of:
100m tyre drag (to the 15km/h sign and back)
Max strict pull-ups (use a band or ring rows if necessary)
***This WOD is not for time. Rest 2-3 mins between sets and go as hard as you can.
Pyrros Dimas….have you heard of him? He won 3 Olympic Gold medals and one Bronze medal. Pretty impressive!
