WOD – Monday 3 November 2014
The Clean is one of those movements we teach in CrossFit which transfers over to a lot of the other things we do. It taps into our power, speed, strength, coordination, flexibility and agility. An efficient Clean done with good form is a great base to have in your toolkit.
During the month of November we will be focussing on improving everyone’s Clean technique. Today we will be testing your 1RM Clean. Over the month we will revisit the technique with the view of making improvements and ironing out the creases. At the end of the month we will retest the 1RM Clean where, hopefully, everyone will have a new PB. Most weeks the Clean will be programmed on Mondays so try to get into the Box if you can.
