Did you know……..Ernie was born in Penang, Malaysia.  As well as being a regular at Geo, he works as a registered nurse at the SANS Hospital Emergency Department, is a kick-arse skiier and a whiz on the GoPro.


3RM Hang Power Snatch


3 sets of:

Against a 3 min running clock,  complete as many rounds of:

1 Hang Power Snatch 50/30kg

1 Hang Power Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

1 Hang Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squats

1 Hang Power Snatch + 3 Overhead Squats…and so on…..

Rest 3 mins.
