30 Box Jumps
100 Leg Raises
* partners can break up the reps as they see fit.
** Leg raises – one partner lays on their back, legs extended. They will be hanging onto the ankles of their partner who will be standing behind their shoulders, acting as an anchor. Partner on floor raises both legs together to meet the hands of the partner standing up.
