Did you know……that Declan is still in school studying for his HSC. He’s pretty passionate about riding his motor cycle and can be heard a mile away making his way towards the Box – “…here comes Hagrid…” He plans on taking a Gap Year after he finishes his HSC and then join the Army.
20 Power Cleans 60/40kg
20 Deadlifts 60/40kg
20 Front Squats 60/40kg
20 Shoulder to Overhead 60/40kg
* Perform 3 burpees at the commencement of the WOD and then every minute on the minute
**If you complete the WOD:
< 15 mins, finish with a 1200m Run
between 15-20 mins, finish with an 800m Run
>20 mins, finish with a 400m Run
