WOD – Tuesday 19 August 2014

If you come to the 5:30am sesh then you would have met Mark. A few months ago he was finally dragged to Geo by his good wife Emma, and he hasn’t looked back. When he isn’t making heavy weights look light, he is busy looking after retail leasing clients such as Nike and Samsung, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with Em, their dog, and catching up with friends  for a good steak and a nice glass of red.  He also follows Richmond in the AFL and Souths in NRL.  Marks goal this year is to walk 2500km. He is on 1600km at the moment. Pretty impressive!

 

STRENGTH

3RM Shoulder to Overhead

METCON 

21-15-9

Push-ups (hand release)

Barbell Jumping Lunges 20/15kg (21 in total, not each leg, etc….)

Rest 2 mins then straight into:

21-15-9

Push Press 40/30kg

Front Squats 40/30kg
